Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes!
We guarantee that the product you receive will match the images and descriptions shown on our website. All our photos are either official manufacturer images or professionally taken to accurately represent the item. No surprises — just exactly what you ordered!

Where can I view my sales receipt?

After completing your purchase, you’ll receive a confirmation email that includes your sales receipt.
You can also view and download your receipt anytime by logging into your FishFinderElectronic.com account under the “My Orders” section.

How can I return an item?

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase!
If you need to return an item, simply visit our Returns Center or contact our Customer Support Team within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt. For full return instructions, please visit our Returns & Exchanges Policy page.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

In most cases, yes!
We regularly restock our best-selling fishfinders and accessories. If an item you want is out of stock, you can sign up for an email notification on the product page, and we’ll alert you the moment it’s available again.
Some limited edition or discontinued items may not be restocked — we’ll always let you know clearly.

Where can I ship my order?

We currently ship across the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.
Shipping to more countries is coming soon!
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we’re unable to change it once the order is processed.
